After completing schooling from Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Jebasingh completed a mechanical engineering degree from [[Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering]] at [[Sriperumbudur]]. In 2004 he qualified the IAS.{{citation needed|date=January 2019}}
