Institute for Communicative and Cognitive Neurosciences was founded in 1998. Institute for Communicative and Cognitive Neurosciences (ICCONS) is an autonomous [[Nonprofit organization|not-for-profit]] neuroscience specialty hospital & research institute located at [[Shoranur]], [[Palakkad district]]. A.
