[[Literacy in India|Literacy]] rate of Gohawar is 83.19%, higher than state average of 75.84%. The population of children under the age of 6 years is 259 which is 9.79% of total population of Gohawar, and child sex ratio is approximately 947 higher than state average of 897.<br />
