Shri [[N.D.Tiwari]], the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, laid the foundation stone. The building of the school was partially constructed by the Housing Society and handed over to the Harpal Nagar Educational Society, [[Moradabad]], which completed the building and started the school on 11 July 1983.
