'''Gajanan Dharmshi Babar''' is a member of the [[15th Lok Sabha]] of [[India]]. He represents the [[Maval (Lok Sabha constituency)]] in Pune District of [[Maharashtra]] and is a member of the [[Shiv Sena]] political party.

Babar was the Member of Standing Committee On Urban Development from 31 August 2009 to 30 August 2011 and Standing Committee on Rural Development from 31 August to 30 August 2012.

Babar is Member of Standing Committee on Chemical & Fertilizer and Consultative Committee for the Ministry of Defence & he is also an active Member of Parliamentary Committee on Official Language (First Sub-Committee).
