Faiz Ul Hassan ran for a seat in the [[National Assembly of Pakistan]] as a candidate of the [[Pakistan Muslim League (N)]] (PML-N) from the [[Constituency NA-181|Constituency NA-181 (Layyah-I)]] in the [[2002 Pakistani general election]] but was unsuccessful.
