It can be found in areas ranging from [[Iran]] to  [[Thailand]], for the latter where and lives alongside &amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[Euvarroa wongsirii]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039; another bee mite of the same [[genus]].&amp;lt;ref name=&amp;quot;Lekprayoon1991&amp;quot;/&amp;gt; The species &amp;#039;&amp;#039;E. sinhai&amp;#039;&amp;#039; is a [[Parasitism|parasite]] of bees, using them as a food source.
