Primarily a Doad Rajput settlement (which is unique because it has separate localities for every caste) It has four entry and exit roads which meet at a central location called [[Chaupal, Himachal Pradesh|Chaupal]] and has its own Thakur Dwara (Lord [[Krishna]] Temple).
