	Sangram ~~was born on 10 January 1995 in Nilok, Bhadrak, Odisha to Abhimanyu~~ Senapati and Srimati Dei. He completed his schooling from Nilok High School, Nilok in 2010 and joined Vinayak College of Science and Commerce for intermediate studies. In 2012 he joined Government College of Engineering Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna for his bachelor degree in Computer Science and graduated in 2016.

	After completing engineering, Sangram joined a startup as a software engineer. Later he left his job and founded [[Shubhapallaba]] Odia Magazine in 2018. Later he started his e-commerce business as Shubhapallaba Store in 2020 and founded another Odia magazine named Shubhodaya. In 2021 he established [[Shubhapallaba Publication]] to publish books in different Indian languages including English. Later in 2021, he developed a podcast application [[ShubhaVani]]. Sangram is also the founder of My Photography which aims to promote the history and culture of Odisha through photographs and blogs. He is also the founder and executive officer of Graphical Application & Programming Unit.
