'''Devsar''' (or '''Qasba Devsar''') is a town and tehsil [[Nagar Panchayat (Notified Area Council)|notified area committee]] in [[Kulgam District|Kulgam district]] in the [[India]]n [[States and union territories of India|union territory]] of [[Jammu and Kashmir (union territory)|Jammu and Kashmir]]. It is one of the seven administrative blocks of the Kulgam district. The city is connected to [[Kulgam]] and [[Qazigund]] by a two-lane road (NH444). This road has been funded by [[Asian Development Bank]]. Devsar has one of the most sacred places popularly known as Khanabarani. It is a shrine of Mata Tripur Sundari.
