Chandra Mauli Upadhyay is an avid scholar of Indian astrology. Born in the year 1955 in the holy [[Varanasi]] city of [[Uttar Pradesh, India]]. Upadhyay is Head of the Department of Astrology center at [[Banaras Hindu University]], Varanasi.
