Buddha Mahalakshmi Naidu, a large landowner from Anakapalli and was elected as a member of the Visakhapatnam Board on 1 March 1922. Venkatapati Raju Pusapati as president and Sitaramaraju.B as vice-presidents, both elected on 28 March 1922.
