== What "NOTHERE" means ==
"NOTHERE" is shorthand for '''"not here to build an encyclopedia."''' It describes a pattern of behavior that demonstrates an editor's primary purpose on Bharatpedia is something other than contributing constructively to the encyclopedia. This is not a policy or guideline in itself, but an explanatory supplement that helps administrators and the community understand when an editor's conduct, taken as a whole, shows a fundamental lack of intent to improve the project.

Bharatpedia is not a social network, a forum, a soapbox, a promotional platform, or a place to play games. Editors are expected to be here to build an encyclopedia—that is, to write neutral, well-sourced content on notable topics.

== Signs that an editor may be "NOTHERE" ==
No single edit proves an editor is NOTHERE. The following patterns, especially when they persist despite warnings and guidance, are indicators:

; Narrow self-interest or promotion
: The account exists solely to promote a person, company, product, or cause, and resists neutral editing.

; Advocacy or agenda-driven editing
: The editor consistently pushes a particular point of view and treats Bharatpedia as a battleground for a cause rather than a reference work.
