Badran is a large village located in tehsil [[Magam]] in [[Budgam district| district Budgam]] in [[Jammu and Kashmir (union territory)|Jammu and Kashmir]], India. It is {{cvt|25|km}} away from [[Srinagar]], the summer capital of the [[Jammu and Kashmir (union territory)|Jammu and Kashmir]]. Some of the  nearby villages are Adina, Goigam, [[Kanihama]] (famous for [[Kani Shawl]]), Tarhama, [[Pethmakhama]], etc.&lt;br /&gt;
