Aurionpro was incorporated on 31 October 1997, as Value Added Information Distribution Services Private Limited. It was founded by Amit Sheth and Paresh Zaveri.

As of October 2015, Aurionpro has over 100 clients across 22 countries. Aurionpro has 22 offices in over 12 countries. In 2015 Aurionpro announced a new sales office in [[Kenya]]. Currently, the company has over 1100+ employees.

* In April 2008 Aurionpro acquired SENA Systems, the identity and access management consulting organization headquartered in Metro Park, New Jersey.
* In Nov 2009 Aurionpro entered in an agreement to acquire Silicon Tech Corporation eTechnosoft in an all-cash deal.
* In Dec 2009 AurionPro Solutions Ltd acquired Cyberlog's supply chain product suite from Arshiya International Ltd.’s Technology Subsidiary
* In February 2011, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company viz, Aurionpro Solutions Inc, USA, entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Virat, Inc, USA to acquire all the assets of Virat through composite deal of cash and swap of equity shares of Enline PLC., U.K. for equity shares of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd.
* In July 2012, Aurionpro Solutions acquires Enline plc, the leading U.K.-based Oracle Identity Management systems implementer
* In August 2012, Aurionpro solutions signed an agreement to acquire 100% control of SEEinfobiz Private Ltd.
* In June 2015, Aurionpro Solutions Ltd completed merger and allotted 15 Lakh shares to Intellvisions Software ltd.
