Arjun Singh graduated from Wazir Ram Singh College Dehri, [[Kangra, Himachal Pradesh|Kangra]]. He went on complete an [[Master of Arts|M. A.]] (History) from [[Himachal Pradesh University]] and a [[Bachelor of Education|B. Ed.]] from MET college of Education, [[Sopore]] (in [[Jammu and Kashmir (union territory)|Jammu and Kashmir]]).<ref name=memberbio/>
