Anaikutiyur is 9&amp;nbsp;km (5.6&amp;nbsp;mi) east of Tenkasi and 45&amp;nbsp;km (28&amp;nbsp;mi) west of Tirunelveli, on the Tenkasi-Tirunelveli State Highway.
