The politics of Amra Bangali is based on Sarkar's ideas of economic and political democracy. The party is organized in [[West Bengal]], as well as in other states with large Bengali populations such as [[Tripura]], [[Bihar]], [[Odisha]], [[Assam]] and [[Jharkhand]].
