Abhishek was born in [[Gwalior]] and studied Animation and Film Design at India&amp;#039;s [[National Institute of Design]]. He is the writer and illustrator for graphic novel &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Krishna-a journey within&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;{{Cite book|url=https://www.amazon.com/KRISHNA-Journey-Within-Abhishek-Singh/dp/160706653X|title=KRISHNA: A Journey Within|last=Singh|first=Abhishek|date=2012-12-18|publisher=Image Comics|isbn=9781607066538|location=Berkeley, Calif.|language=English}}&amp;lt;/ref&amp;gt; published by [[Image Comics|Image comics]]. He is the first Indian descent creator to be published by them in the history of North American comic-books. He was the illustrator for the [[Ramayan 3392 A.D.|&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Ramayana 3392 A.D&amp;#039;&amp;#039;]] and [[India Authentic (comics)|&amp;#039;&amp;#039;India Authentic comics&amp;#039;&amp;#039;]].
