She was born in 1996 in Udaipur of Indian state Rajasthan. Chugh completed hers schooling from St. Mary's Senior Secondary School, and later attended Pacific Institute of Fashion Technology to pursue her education in fashion designing.<ref name=apn/>

She was trained in Yoga from World Peace Yoga School, Rishikesh. She has done her Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Course from Mission India Fitness Institute (GMSA).<ref name=apn/>
