Samsuzzoha was born in 1924 to politician [[M Osman Ali]] and Jamila Osman.<ref name=cabinet/> He graduated from the [[University of Dhaka]].<ref name=cabinet/>

==Career==
Samsuzzoha was a founding member of [[Bangladesh Awami League|Awami Muslim League]]. He was involved in the Bengali [[Bengali language movement|Language Movement]] of 1952 that demanded Bengali be made a state language of Pakistan.<ref name=brl/> He was elected a member of parliament at the [[1970 Pakistani general election|Pakistani general election in 1970]] and [[1973 Bangladeshi general election|Bangladeshi general election in 1973]].<ref name=cabinet/>
