Ramiz was born in Kabul, Afghanistan to Kazim Rahim Shah and he has an elder sister Rohina.<ref name="Article #3" /> The two siblings were introduced to Afghan TV through ''''BaChashem'''' which is a remake of Bigg Boss on Zan TV in 2018 which was co-produced by Ramiz King.
