Moyna Kazi was a zamindar and alleged freedom fighter from Ausgram .Some of his family members have claimed that Moyna Kazi was involved in the Chittagong armoury raid but no evidence was found to substantiate this claim. A glimpse of his life is described in the biography of notorious Naxalite leader Kamkeshto Bhattacharjee but a large part of his details is still in the dark.
Childhood
Moyna Kazi was born in a rural village of Bengal Presidency during the British rule. His birth name was Dhyamoyna Kazi. After facing a lot of harassment, the Dhya from his name was circumcised by the Headmaster of the school he was studying at.
Revolutionary Activities
Kazi was grown up in a lower middle class muslim family. Having spent his childhood in an extremely high revolutionary atmosphere, he always approached every lady in his village to study the writings of Lenin under his influence only. Some of his family members have claimed that he was involved in the Chittagong armoury raid but no evidence was found to substantiate this claim. After independence, he made a lot of wealth during the Congress regime in West Bengal and placed himself as the all in all of Ausgram.

Struggle during Naxalite Movement
During the naxalite movement, infamous leader Kamkeshto Bhattacharjee set his eyes to the vast wealth of Moyna. Considering Kazi a bourgeois, Kamkeshto brought hell upon him. He snatched Kazi's own pistol and branded watch during their face off. Taking it as an insult, Moyna migrated to Germany with his family.

Other works
After moving to Germany, Kazi temporarily worked at a factory. After making some fortune, he opened his own restaurant Kazi Biriyani and Curry in Paderborn.
