Wikimedia Commons is known for having very very strict rules about licensing on the pictures. That strictness lead to the enabling of the local wikis (for example, English Wikipedia) to allow users to upload files in their local platforms. Local wikis still have some rules and regulations but not too strict like Wikimedia Commons. I am highlighting this fact because I expect our Container Bharatmedia to have rules but not too much strict like that of Wikimedia Commons. Particularly, cc-by-nc (non commercial license) is totally not allowed in Wikimedia Commons. But for Container Bharatmedia, I wish to allow this.
