==Plot==
Abbas Ali ([[Abhishek Bachchan]]) lives in [[Delhi]] with his sister Sania ([[Asin Thottumkal]]). When their ancestral property is taken from them by deception, Abbas loses his job. Their family friend, Shastri ([[Asrani|Asrani Govardhan]]), convinces them to move to his village, Ranakpur, where he assures Abbas that he will get him a job at his boss Prithviraj Raghuvanshi's ([[Ajay Devgn]]) place. Prithviraj is a powerful but kindhearted man who hates liars and punishes them harshly. Abbas and Sania arrive at Ranakpur and meet Abbas's friend and Shastri's son Ravi ([[Krishna Abhishek]]) who runs a drama company with his friends. Abbas learns that there is a temple at the border of Ranakpur and Kherwada, the village where Prithviraj's cousin Vikrant Raghuvanshi hold sway. The two cousins are archenemies. The temple, being at the border of the two villages, is a disputed property and has been locked up for years.

The plot begins when a child falls into the well of the temple and Abbas breaks the temple's lock to save the child. When Prithviraj arrives at the scene, Ravi tells him that Abbas's name as Abhishek Bachchan to avoid any religious tensions that might result from the fact that a Muslim broke into a Hindu temple. Prithviraj hires Abhishek Bachchan (Abbas) and becomes very happy with his work. Soon, Ravi and his friends have to come up with a new plan when Prithviraj spots Abbas celebrating Eid and wearing the traditional garb of a Muslim. Abbas and the others convince Prithviraj that the one celebrating Eid was actually Abhishek's twin brother, from another mother, 'Abbas', an [[effeminacy|effeminate]] man and classical [[Kathak]] dancer. Things get worse for Abbas and Ravi when Prithviraj kindly hires Abbas for teaching Kathak to his sister Radhika ([[Prachi Desai]]). Abbas tells Radhika the truth. And she keeps it as a secret. Prithviraj's sidekick Maakhan ([[Neeraj Vora]]) suspects Abbas watching [[Gol Maal|Golmaal]] because the movie has many similarities with the drama Abbas is playing. But due to his teams sudden actions, they are saved.

Prithviraj notices that Abbas (the dancer) is in love with Radhika. Prithviraj teams with Abhishek (unknowing that he is also Abbas) to find Abbas when Radhika is missing. But she was kidnapped by Vikrant and the duo saves her. Impressed by Abhishek, an enraged Prithviraj fixes his marriage with Radhika and Prithviraj's marriage with Sania. But at last when Abbas decides to reveal the truth, Prithviraj knows the truth. In a madly chase, Prithviraj gets in the edge of a mountain and Abbas saves his life. At last chase, Abbas explains his situation and promises never to life again.

In [[Jubilee Comedy Circus]], Krushna Abhishek did a performance of Rohit Shetty never giving him a film role to do but having promised him in earlier seasons of the show, Rohit was so impressed by the performance, he decided to give Krushna a role in ''Bol Bachchan''. The music of the film was composed by Himesh Reshammiya, while the lyrics were penned by Farhad-Sajid, [[Shabbir Ahmed (lyricist)|Shabbir Ahmed]], [[Swanand Kirkire]] and [[Sameer (lyricist)|Sameer]]. The album was released on 7 June 2012 and included four original soundtracks along with four remix versions of the tracks. Three songs were composed by Reshammiya, of which two were featured in the film and one was listed only in the album. Abbas Ali ([[Abhishek Bachchan]]) lives in [[Delhi]] with his sister Sania ([[Asin Thottumkal]]). When their ancestral property is taken from them by deception, Abbas loses his job. Their family friend, Shastri ([[Asrani|Asrani Govardhan]]), convinces them to move to his village, Ranakpur, where he assures Abbas that he will get him a job at his boss Prithviraj Raghuvanshi's ([[Ajay Devgn]]) place. Prithviraj is a powerful but kindhearted man who hates liars and punishes them harshly. Abbas and Sania arrive at Ranakpur and meet Abbas's friend and Shastri's son Ravi ([[Krishna Abhishek]]) who runs a drama company with his friends. Abbas learns that there is a temple at the border of Ranakpur and Kherwada, the village where Prithviraj's cousin Vikrant Raghuvanshi hold sway. The two cousins are archenemies. The temple, being at the border of the two villages, is a disputed property and has been locked up for years.

The plot begins when a child falls into the well of the temple and Abbas breaks the temple's lock to save the child. When Prithviraj arrives at the scene, Ravi tells him that Abbas's name as Abhishek Bachchan to avoid any religious tensions that might result from the fact that a Muslim broke into a Hindu temple. Prithviraj hires Abhishek Bachchan (Abbas) and becomes very happy with his work. Soon, Ravi and his friends have to come up with a new plan when Prithviraj spots Abbas celebrating Eid and wearing the traditional garb of a Muslim. Abbas and the others convince Prithviraj that the one celebrating Eid was actually Abhishek's twin brother, from another mother, 'Abbas', an [[effeminacy|effeminate]] man and classical [[Kathak]] dancer. Things get worse for Abbas and Ravi when Prithviraj kindly hires Abbas for teaching Kathak to his sister Radhika ([[Prachi Desai]]). Abbas tells Radhika the truth. And she keeps it as a secret. Prithviraj's sidekick Maakhan ([[Neeraj Vora]]) suspects Abbas watching [[Gol Maal|Golmaal]] because the movie has many similarities with the drama Abbas is playing. But due to his teams sudden actions, they are saved.

Enraged, Prithviraj notices that Abbas (the dancer) is in love with Radhika. Prithviraj teams with Abhishek (unknowing that he is also Abbas) to find Abbas when Radhika is missing. But she was kidnapped by Vikrant and the duo saves her. Impressed by Abhishek, Prithviraj fixes his marriage with Radhika and Prithviraj's marriage with Sania. But at last when Abbas decides to reveal the truth, Prithviraj knows the truth. In a madly chase, Prithviraj gets in the edge of a mountain and Abbas saves his life. At last chase, Abbas explains his situation and promises never to life again.

In [[Jubilee Comedy Circus]], Krushna Abhishek did a performance of Rohit Shetty never giving him a film role to do but having promised him in earlier seasons of the show, Rohit was so impressed by the performance, he decided to give Krushna a role in ''Bol Bachchan''. The music of the film was composed by Himesh Reshammiya, while the lyrics were penned by Farhad-Sajid, [[Shabbir Ahmed (lyricist)|Shabbir Ahmed]], [[Swanand Kirkire]] and [[Sameer (lyricist)|Sameer]]. The album was released on 7 June 2012 and included four original soundtracks along with four remix versions of the tracks. Three songs were composed by Reshammiya, of which two were featured in the film and one was listed only in the album. ==Plot==
Gaurav Kapoor ([[Sidharth Malhotra]]), based in suburban [[Miami]], plans to marry his colleague Kavya ([[Jacqueline Fernandez]]), who happens to be the woman of his dreams, but she prefers a young man who is more adventurous and risk-loving.

Gaurav tries to hang out with Kavya on a date, and also meets her parents, who consider getting him married to Kavya. Meanwhile, he is ordered by his boss to visit Mumbai to close a business deal. Rewinding to Rishi's life, he is shown meeting a rich man named Gaurav Kapoor, who works in a cyber firm in Miami, and has important data about the Prime Minister's connections. When Gaurav is murdered by Yakub on account of being a liability, Rishi decides to adopt Gaurav's identity to successfully escape from Yakub after his last mission. This leads to his present-day life in 2017 as Gaurav in a Miami software company, thus implying that Gaurav is in fact Rishi himself, and that the events leading up to his new life took place five years earlier in 2012.

After Yakub and other Unit X agents track Gaurav down, and confront him, where he finally confesses, as Rishi, that he needed a life. He is knocked down unconscious, and soon finds himself handcuffed with Kavya who had stopped by his house. Enraged, Gaurav uses his skills to escape with Kavya from the trouble, and ends up confessing to her that he is a retired covert operations specialist. Kavya berates him, but takes pity on him when she notices his bloody stab wound. The two make love. Later that night, the two find themselves under fire after Unit X agents, headed by Yakub, raid the motel they are hiding in. Rishi hatches a quick scheme to retrieve the data, since the hard drive is damaged, and convinces Yakub to work with him on their final mission.

Rishi executes the heist with success, but security guards take notice and begin chasing Rishi. Yakub aborts the operation and abandons him. They meet at Rishi's house, where stabbed Rishi kills is most wanted of Yakub's henchmen with the help of Kavya. However, Rishi spares Yakub and two of his thugs and orders him to leave his house. Driving away for injuries Rishi's car accident, Yakub realises that the hard drive Rishi gave is blank, and the car's trunk contains Koko's corpse. Dixit, working with Rishi, crashes into their car in a [[side collision]], and police arriving on the scene discover the body. Yakub and his thugs are killed by the cops as they open fire. Col. Vijay Saxena visits Rishi's house to confront him, but is killed in an explosion planned by Rishi. This neutralises Unit X, and Rishi and Kavya soon leave the city with new identities of Hemant and Pooja Khanna.

A mid-credits scene shows Dixit buying machine guns from a local gun store in Miami before putting on a [[hoodie]] and walking away.

Gaurav Kapoor ([[Sidharth Malhotra]]), based in suburban [[Miami]], plans to marry his colleague Kavya ([[Jacqueline Fernandez]]), who happens to be the woman of his dreams, but she prefers a man who is more adventurous and risk-loving.

Gaurav tries to hang out with Kavya on a date, and also meets her parents, who consider getting him married to Kavya. Meanwhile, he is ordered by his boss to visit Mumbai to close a business deal. Rewinding to Rishi's life, he is shown meeting a man named Gaurav Kapoor, who works in a cyber firm in Miami, and has important data about the Prime Minister's connections. When Gaurav is murdered by Yakub on account of being a liability, Rishi decides to adopt Gaurav's identity to successfully escape from Yakub after his last mission. This leads to his present-day life in 2017 as Gaurav in a Miami software company, thus implying that Gaurav is in fact Rishi himself, and that the events leading up to his new life took place five years earlier in 2012.

After Yakub and other Unit X agents track Gaurav down, and confront him, where he finally confesses, as Rishi, that he needed a life. He is knocked down unconscious, and soon finds himself handcuffed with Kavya who had stopped by his house. Enraged, Gaurav uses his skills to escape with Kavya from the trouble, and ends up confessing to her that he is a retired covert operations specialist. Kavya berates him, but takes pity on him when she notices his bloody stab wound. The two make love. Later that night, the two find themselves under fire after Unit X agents, headed by Yakub, raid the motel they are hiding in. Rishi hatches a quick scheme to retrieve the data, since the hard drive is damaged, and convinces Yakub to work with him on their final mission.

Rishi executes the heist with success, but security guards take notice and begin chasing Rishi. Yakub aborts the operation and abandons him. They meet at Rishi's house, where Rishi kills most of Yakub's henchmen with the help of Kavya. However, Rishi spares Yakub and two of his thugs and orders him to leave his house. Driving away in Rishi's car accident, Yakub realises that the hard drive Rishi gave is blank, and the car's trunk contains Koko's corpse. Dixit, working with Rishi, crashes into their car in a [[side collision]], and police arriving on the scene discover the body. Yakub and his thugs are killed by the cops as they open fire. Col. Vijay Saxena visits Rishi's house to confront him, but is killed in an explosion planned by Rishi. This neutralises Unit X, and Rishi and Kavya soon leave the city with new identities of Hemant and Pooja Khanna.

A mid-credits scene shows Dixit buying machine guns from a local gun store in Miami before putting on a [[hoodie]] and walking away.

==Plot==
One of the most respected inspectors, Arjun Joglekar ([[Mukesh Khanna]]) is killed by drug dealer and gangster, Goli ([[Shakti Kapoor]]). Mona ([[Shilpa Shetty]]), a cabaret singer and Goli's [[Action comedy|mistress]], agrees to testify against Goli and is placed into witness protection by an honest police officer Inspector Karan ([[Akshay Kumar]]), Arjun's younger brother, who aims to fight any injustice and avenge his brother's murder. When Goli finds out about Mona's forthcoming testimonial which would expose his real identity, he tracks her down and kills her and Karan, despite being present at the scene is unable to do anything. Karan approaches the DCP ([[Kader Khan]]) for a warrant to arrest Goli but henchmen, the DCP refuses, saying it will be futile since Goli is an influential person.

Deepak Kumar ([[Saif Ali Khan]]), who is the most romantic actor around, is frustrated with his roles and for being type-cast as a romantic hero. He would like to do something different and bring some change and excitement to his dull and boring existence. To change his monotonous life, he gets drunk and drives around. He is arrested by the police and brought to his rowdy producer. Karan also arrives at the place to confront the producer for molesting a girl who had come to him earlier for a job. When the producer refuses to comply and calls goons to threaten Karan, the latter thrashes them all, impressing Deepak who would like to study his behaviour so that he can use this as a background for his next movie.

Karan meets Basanti, who looks identical to Mona. He tells Deepak that the latter can hang around him if Deepak can get Basanti to act as Mona. Deepak trains Basanti and presents the new "Mona" to Karan. Karan places Basanti at the Moonlight Hotel as an amnesiac Mona, where she can report on Goli's criminal activities. While Karan and Basanti fall in love with each other, Deepak falls in love with Karan's sister, Shivangi ([[Rageshwari]]), which makes Karan mad and he tries to get rid of Deepak and almost succeeds in doing soon. However Deepak finds out and angrily confronts Karan, and leaves the house. This makes Karan guilty and he goes to Deepak and apologizes to him, Deepak forgives him and the two make up.

In the meanwhile, Goli has started seeing Karan as a thorn in his illegal activities and decides to have him killed the gangster. However, constable Ramlal also lookalike ([[Kader Khan]]), who is loyal to Karan, spots the assasin and takes the bullet. Karan is enraged and unable to save Ramlal, who injured dies in his arms making Karan even more determined to get Goli. Goli finds out the truth about Basanti, who tells him that Karan has already found some incriminating evidence against him and will be presenting it in the court. Goli calls Karan's henchmen and tells him to handover the evidence to him in exchange for Basanti's life.

The massive success of this film catapulted Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan to the top rung of Bollywood's leading men and cemented their status as bankable stars, and as a successful pair following ''[[Yeh Dillagi]]''. Kumar in particular, who also had 1994 hits like ''[[Mohra]]'', ''[[Suhaag (1994 film)|Suhaag]]'', and ''[[Elaan (1994 film)|Elaan]]'', gained a considerable fan following, especially among the youth. ==Plot==
One of the most respected inspectors, Arjun Joglekar ([[Mukesh Khanna]]) is killed by drug dealer and gangster, Goli ([[Shakti Kapoor]]). Mona ([[Shilpa Shetty]]), a cabaret singer and Goli's [[Action comedy|mistress]], agrees to testify against Goli and is placed into witness protection by an honest police officer Inspector Karan ([[Akshay Kumar]]), Arjun's younger brother, who aims to fight any injustice and avenge his brother's murder. When Goli finds out about Mona's forthcoming testimonial which would expose his real identity, he tracks her down and kills her and Karan, despite being present at the scene is unable to do anything. Karan approaches the DCP ([[Kader Khan]]) for a warrant to arrest Goli but henchmen, the DCP refuses, saying it will be futile since Goli is an influential person.

Deepak Kumar ([[Saif Ali Khan]]), who is the most romantic actor around, is frustrated with his roles and for being type-cast as a romantic hero. He would like to do something different and bring some change and excitement to his dull and boring existence. To change his monotonous life, he gets drunk and drives around. He is arrested by the police and brought to his rowdy producer. Karan also arrives at the place to confront the producer for molesting a girl who had come to him earlier for a job. When the producer refuses to comply and calls goons to threaten Karan, the latter thrashes them all, impressing Deepak who would like to study his behaviour so that he can use this as a background for his next movie.

Karan meets Basanti, who looks identical to Mona. He tells Deepak that the latter can hang around him if Deepak can get Basanti to act as Mona. Deepak trains Basanti and presents the new "Mona" to Karan. Karan places Basanti at the Moonlight Hotel as an amnesiac Mona, where she can report on Goli's criminal activities. While Karan and Basanti fall in love with each other, Deepak falls in love with Karan's sister, Shivangi ([[Rageshwari]]), which makes Karan mad and he tries to get rid of Deepak and almost succeeds in doing soon. However Deepak finds out and angrily confronts Karan, and leaves the house. This makes Karan guilty and he goes to Deepak and apologizes to him, Deepak forgives him and the two make up.

In the meanwhile, Goli has started seeing Karan as a thorn in his illegal activities and decides to have him killed the gangster. However, constable Ramlal( also [[Kader Khan]]), who is loyal to Karan, spots the assasin and takes the bullet. Karan is enraged and unable to save Ramlal, who injured dies in his arms making Karan even more determined to get Goli. Goli finds out the truth about Basanti, who tells him that Karan has already found some incriminating evidence against him and will be presenting it in the court. Goli calls Karan's henchmen and tells him to handover the evidence to him in exchange for Basanti's life.

The music of the film was scored by [[Anu Malik]]. Singers [[Asha Bhosle]], [[Kumar Sanu]], [[Abhijeet Bhattacharya]], [[Udit Narayan]], [[Pankaj Udhas]], [[Alka Yagnik]], [[Anu Malik]] and [[Alisha Chinai]] rendered their voices in this album. The lyrics were penned by Rani Malik, [[Rahat Indori]], [[Hasrat Jaipuri]], Maya Govind, Zameer Kazmi and Anwar Sagar. "Churake Dil Mera" and "Zara Zara" were the most popular songs from the soundtrack. "Zuban Khamosh Hoti Hai" was picturised, but not included in the final version of the film. The song "Chura Ke Dil Mera" was recreated for ''[[Hungama 2]]''.

==Reception==
It was the first [[Bollywood]] action film to be reviewed by [[martial arts film]] critic Albert Valentin on the now defunct Kung Fu Cinema site. He rated the film 3.5 out of 5 stars.
