Shivaji Dev made his debut, credited as Junior Sivaji, in [[A. ==Personal life==
He is the son of actor-producer [[Ramkumar Ganesan]] and grandson of [[Sivaji Ganesan]]. His family has a production house [[Sivaji Productions]]. His half-brother [[Dushyanth Ramkumar|Dushyanth]] has also appeared in films, while his uncle [[Prabhu (actor)|Prabhu]] and cousin [[Vikram Prabhu]] are leading actors in Tamil films. Also, his aunt is actress [[Sripriya]], sister of his mother Meena Ramkumar. He is married to actress [[Suja Varunee]] of ''[[Bigg Boss Tamil (season 1)|Bigg Boss]]'' fame. In August 2019 Suja gave birth to their first child. a baby boy name Adhvaaith.
