Khan completed his [[Higher Secondary School Certificate#India|Higher Secondary education]] from [[Tyndale Biscoe School]] in [[Srinagar]]. == Career ==
In 2016, Khan got selected into civil service. He entered the [[Rajasthan]] cadre because of no vacancy in [[Jammu and Kashmir (union territory)|Jammu and Kashmir]].
