==History==
The company has its origin is Priya Cinema in [[Vasant Vihar]] in South Delhi, which was bought by current owner 's father in 1978, who also owned a trucking business, Amritsar Transport Co. Recently, the group had a tie-up with HP to open Asia’s first Virtual Reality (VR) Lounge at PVR ECX, Mall of India, Noida.
