Regarding user rights, we do have a user-rights system with different levels of access, including autoconfirmed, extended confirmed, reviewer, administrator, CheckUser rights and others. These permissions allow experienced contributors to help patrol pages, review edits, handle AfC submissions, investigate issues, and perform other maintenance tasks depending on the level of access. UPE can also be reported on Bharatpedia. Sockpuppetry is not currently a very active issue here, but if you come across a suspected case, you can simply report it for review.
