The Tiwanas in Indian Punjab are mostly [[Sikh]]s, while the Tiwanas of Pakistani Punjab are almost all [[Muslims]]. &lt;br /&gt;

The best-known member of this clan was late Malik Sir [[Khizar Hayat Tiwana]] who for some time remained Premier of the [[Punjab]] in [[British India]], following [[Sir Sikandar Hayat Khan]]&#039;s demise.&lt;br /&gt;
