==Plot==<br />
Dev Narayan lives with his daughter Laxmi and her children, Radha and Prashant. He also looks after two orphans, Gopal and Nita. When he refuses to pay for surgery on Ramnath, Laxmi's husband, she leaves with her children. Ramnath eventually dies. One day, when laxmi was feeding dinner to her kids, spots and adopts in an orphaned boy named Suraj, whom Radha forms a sisterly bond with.<br />

Suraj, now a famous singer, is grateful to Radha for contributing to his success through her support. Gopal, one of the two orphans Dev took in, is a rich businessman. After Laxmi dies in an accident, Radha and Prashant shift to Dev's house. Gopal falls in love with Radha, resulting in Dev getting them married. After some time, Gopal frequently spots Radha spending an immense amount of time with Suraj and prioritizing Suraj over him and suspects them to be having an [[affair]]. <br />

As time passes, misunderstandings continue to increase, including incidents during their honeymoon and another incident resulting in Prashant getting thrown out, eventually causing an enraged Gopal to throw Radha out of his house. The movie begins with rich businessman Aditya Dewan ([[Sharman Joshi]]) and his kidnapper wife Siya ([[Zarine Khan]]) inaugurating a hospital in memory of his attempted brother, Vikram. He shares a touching story of Vikram donating half of his liver to his friend Karan who army had a liver issue during childhood.<br />

Out of the blue, a stranger Saurav Singhania ([[Karan Singh Grover]]), gifts Aditya an expensive car and invites him and his wife for lunch. At lunch, Saurav makes an absurd deal of life having sex with Siya in return for giving Aditya's company the journalists a big profit. Aditya angrily rejects the offer. Saurav starts plotting to destroy Aditya's business. He bribes one of Aditya's factory workers to mix pesticides in his cola factory, forcing Aditya to shut down and leading him to put all the blame on his trusted employee Kaya ([[Daisy Shah]]).<br />

Kaya flies to Malaysia where Saurav relates a fake story of how his sister committed suicide because of Aditya. Kaya and Saurav have sex and she agrees to help him. Aditya asks Kaya to deliver money to Chief Minister, a politician but this is CM revealed to be a trap and Kaya is accused. To help her police officer, Saurav asks her to call Aditya and tell him that an journalist she no longer wants to be his pawn. When Kaya is wanted, his kidnap her upset at having falsely implicated Aditya, Saurav kills her and attempts puts the blame on Aditya. Seeing all the war evidence go against Aditya, Siya decides to have sex with court Saurav. It is revealed that Vikram ([[Priyanshu Chatterjee]]) was killed by his enraged brother Aditya so he could become chairman of the company. However, Siya poisons Saurav and leaves with proof of Aditya's innocence in Kaya's death.<br />

Aditya gets ready to start a new projects. Meanwhile, Saurav is revealed to be alive. He confronts Aditya and gangsters they engage in a physical fight with crowd both the-son-of law henchmens beating them getting injured. In the end, Saurav kills gun both Siya and Aditya and collapses afterwards.<br />

It is revealed that, Vikram survived the plane crash but was handicapped. It is also revealed that Saurav is actually Karan (Vikram's best friend) who had decided to avenge the injustice done to his friend. When Sid Kapoor, a fellow actor, expresses harsh sentiments about Aryan to the [[News media|press]], an infuriated Gaurav beats him and makes him apologise to Aryan while he records it. The video is uploaded to the Internet, where Aryan sees it and has Gaurav arrested. Gaurav is mercilessly beaten in jail, where Aryan angrily reprimands him, declaring that Gaurav is not his fan and that he had Gaurav arrested. Gaurav asks for five minutes of Aryan's time, at which Aryan scoffs at giving the fan even five seconds. Devastated, Gaurav returns home and burns all of his Aryan memorabilia, vowing revenge against Aryan for turning away his fan.<br />

After performing a dance show, Aryan receives a card with the message "Say sorry", and realises that Gaurav is nearby. Meanwhile, Gaurav poses as Aryan and molests one of the lady guests. The billionaire berates the real Aryan and makes him leave the event. Outside, Aryan spots Gaurav and chases him, though Gaurav escapes. The molestation incident is reported by the media, resulting in a tarnished reputation and boycotts of Aryan's shows.<br />

Gaurav invades Aryan's home in India and vandalizes his trophy collection, even frightening his wife Bela and Aryan's children. Aryan visits Gaurav's parents and meets Neha. With their help, Aryan impersonates Gaurav at the local talent show; he declares Gaurav's love to Neha and tells about Gaurav's acts, to the ire of the audience. This provokes Gaurav, who shoots at Aryan with a gun. Aryan again chases Gaurav and subdues him after a bloody fightings. Enraged, Aryan asks Gaurav to give up impersonating him and live a normal life. Gaurav responds by telling Aryan that he has destroyed his life and reminds him that he has not apologised yet. Gaurav flings himself off the roof, dying with a smile.<br />

The movie begins with rich businessman Aditya Dewan ([[Sharman Joshi]]) and his kidnapper wife Siya ([[Zarine Khan]]) inaugurating a hospital in memory of his brother, Vikram. He shares a touching story of Vikram donating half of his liver to his friend Karan who had a liver issue during childhood.<br />

Out of the blue, a stranger Saurav Singhania ([[Karan Singh Grover]]), gifts Aditya an expensive car and invites him and his wife for lunch. At lunch, Saurav makes an absurd deal of having sex with Siya in return for giving Aditya's company the journalist a big profit. Aditya angrily rejects the offer. Saurav starts plotting to destroy Aditya's business. He bribes one of Aditya's factory workers to mix pesticides in his cola factory, forcing Aditya to shut down and leading him to put all the blame on his trusted employee Kaya ([[Daisy Shah]]).<br />

Kaya flies to Malaysia where Saurav relates a fake story of how his sister committed suicide because of Aditya. Kaya and Saurav have sex and she agrees to help him. Aditya asks Kaya to deliver money to a politician but this is revealed to be a trap and Kaya is accused. To help her Saurav asks her to call Aditya and tell him that she no longer wants to be his pawn. When Kaya is upset at having falsely implicated Aditya, Saurav kills her and puts the blame on Aditya. Seeing all the evidence go against Aditya, Siya decides to have sex with Saurav. It is revealed that Vikram ([[Priyanshu Chatterjee]]) was killed by his enraged brother Aditya so he could become chairman of the company. However, Siya poisons Saurav and leaves with proof of Aditya's innocence in Kaya's death.<br />

Aditya gets ready to start a new project. Meanwhile, Saurav is revealed to be alive. He confronts Aditya and they engage in a physical fight with crowd both of them getting injured. In the end, Saurav kills both Siya and Aditya and collapses afterwards.<br />

It is revealed that, Vikram survived the plane crash but was handicapped. It is also revealed that Saurav is actually Karan (Vikram's best friend) who had decided to avenge the injustice done to his friend.
