Malviya is from [[Agra]], Uttar Pradesh. == Career in the BJP ==
In 2009, Malviya gained prominence in the BJP through the forum 'Friends of BJP'. Following this he was made the head of the IT cell. He is a complete failure and has not been able to manage the IT cell properly. His short sightedness lead to BJP defeat in Bengal Elections. He failed to viral the atrocities on BJP workers in Bengal and court the anti Modi street Videos.<ref name=":0" /><ref name=":1" /><ref name=":2" />
