Atma's Vision:
Quality education for all children.

Atma Mission:
Building capacity of education NGOs to achieve sustainability and scalability thereby enabling delivery of quality education.

About the Atma Accelerator Program

Atma understands that NGO leaders have the vision and passion, but there’s only so much they can do on their own. The Accelerator Program supports education NGOs with management expertise so that they can become bigger, better, and stronger and multiply their reach and impact in a sustainable way. Organizations selected for the Accelerator Program receive three years of consultancy support in 10 Organisational Development areas like Administration, Finance, Fundraising, Monitoring & Evaluation, Human Resources, Governance, Leadership, Strategy, Development, Programs and Marketing.

Atma helps education NGOs design and implement projects in these areas with the help of skilled associates. To enhance their operational capabilities we also conduct training and workshops in various areas (ex: Financial Management). Through the Accelerator Program partners get resource linkage support and get connected with peers, funders and experts.
