Ranya is an Indian film actress and model who made her acting debut in the Kannada film Maanikya (2014).[2]
Early life[edit]
Ranya, originally from Chikmagalur[3] was born and brought up in Bangalore.[1] She did her schooling in Kodagu district, Karnataka before taking up engineering in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore,[3] after her Pre-university course. However, she dropped out, after her second year, to pursue a career in acting and joined an acting school in Mumbai where she trained in acting, dancing and martial arts.[1]
