Shridhant Joshi (born on 20 September 1975) is the founder and managing director of Kautilya Academy, a coaching institute established in 2003 for competitive exams for Civil Services Examination, judicial, defense, banking, SSC, GATE, CAT, English literature, MPSI, MBA, Ranger, Samvidha Shikashak, Madhya Pradesh Police etc. Being the shaper of central India educational system for the last 16 years, Shridhant Joshi has been honored with several awards like 'Captains of Industries Award-2013', 'Education Excellence Award' for three consecutive years between 2016-2018, ‘Karmath Karmyogi award’, and his institution has been proffered ‘India's No. 1 Brand Award’ in the category of civil services.

Early Life

Born in a quiet and remote small town of Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh (formerly a part of Madhya Pradesh), as a child, Shridhant faced challenges like lack of resources and mentor for his future-planning. But, he was always taught not to give up and dream as big as your imagination allows you to, by his grandmother, who played an influential role in his life. After acing various quizzes and oratory competitions, he went on to win many accolades and prizes. Having a patriotic liking towards the civil services, Mr. Shridhant Joshi was hell-bent on revolutionizing the education system with qualitative, focussed learning that uses scientific means to instill knowledge deep into the consciousness of India’s future leaders.

Some people might say that with great success, comes great pride, but Shridhant has always been a down-to-earth person, who believes in helping others for the sake of good will He overcame his lack of idol in life by being his own source of motivation.

Career

Shridhant Joshi has been a managing director of India’s one of the finest competitive exam coaching institutions for almost 20 years, with a breathtaking record of more than 12,00 of their students being selected as administrative officers in almost all categories, including civil judges and probationary officers, across the country. He was deeply fascinated by the concept of Civil Services Examination, this laid out the framework for what came in the 17 years.

This much of hard work and achievements still left an empty place in Mr. Shridhant Joshi's potential. To do more, and surpass his very limits of managerial intellect, he also kickstarted the Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Studies (IMES), one of the first institutionsof its type. His zest for literature made him start a publication house by the name of Takshashila Publications.
